Experience the thrill of aerial silks in a supportive environment designed for adults with no prior experience. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning the foundational techniques of aerial artistry.
Mondays 9:45am & 7:30pm, Wednesdays 8:30am

Intermediate Silks
Participants will build upon foundational knowledge to perform dynamic and creative routines in a supportive environment. Prerequisite skills required for this class are in-air foot locks and consistent inverts on split silks.
Thursdays 8:30am and 5:45pm

Advanced Silks & Rope
This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and creativity while exploring complex movements and transitions on silks and rope. Prerequisite skills include single side inverts, inverted climbs, inverted wraps and the ability to hold positions without locks.
