Loops offer a more accessible entry point into aerial straps work — all the artistry and strength-building of straps, without needing to be strap-ready on day one. It's the perfect next step after hammock, with a bit more challenge and a lot more range.

Each week builds on skills in the loops, developing both technical strength and artistic expression in the air. You'll work wraps, transitions, and dynamic movement that push your aerial vocabulary while building the upper body and core strength that transfers to every other apparatus you train.
