Each week we'll take a deep dive into one specific wrap, transition, move, hold, or spin — breaking down not just the how, but the why behind it. Drawing on real physics (torque, center of mass, momentum, leverage — the works), you'll walk away understanding your body and the apparatus in a whole new way.

Class time is split between focused study, personal application (so you can drill the concept on apparatus and make it click in your own body), and group discovery time where we experiment and problem-solve together. Whether you're brand new to a skill or have been throwing it for years and want to finally understand why it works, this class meets you where you are.
